Dr. Ellen Dierenfeld, PhD is renowned in her field of animal nutrition. With over 200 publications to her credit, her specialties include: Comparative Nutrition, Wildlife Nutrition, Zoo Nutrition, Vitamin E physiology, Laboratory Analytical Techniques (nutritional assessment, wet chemistry), Integrative & Conservation Ag.
Sustainable Agriculture programs and processes; project management/training/outreach in Africa, SE Asia, Caribbean & Latin America. Utilization of local raw ingredients and adapted species within various cultures.

- Field Work - applied Animal Nutrition studies with a variety of species on 6 continents.
